How long does it take for my item to ship?

24 to 48 hours after you have placed your order your item will be shipped. Excluding weekends and holidays.

What is your return policy?

You are able to return if the package has not been opened.

What are your store hours?

The online store is open 24 hours a day. The telephone hours are 9 to 5pm EST.

What do I do if my package is lost in transit?

Contact the shipping company which sent your package and begin a case. Then contact us at support@earthlyelevation.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping over a certain spend.

What do I do if I enter the wrong shipping address in?

It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct shipping address. Delays, lost packages, etc. will be your responsibility if you provide us with the wrong address. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be recalled. You will have to wait until we receive your order back to our warehouse at which time we can ship it back out – you will be responsible for any new shipping charges.

If you decide you would rather receive a refund for your order, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How much is shipping?

Your shipping charge will be calculated at the cart/checkout based on the weights of the items you are buying. We charge you what USPS charges us plus packaging supplies.

As for orders shipped overseas, please understand that it will be more expensive to ship your order. We charge you what the USPS charges us.

Can I combine orders for shipping?

You must contact us prior to your orders shipping if you wish to have your orders combined for shipping. Once an order ships, we cannot combine your orders.

Will I recieve tracking information for my order?

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to the email provided during order placement.

If you do not receive that email, this could be why:

  1. In many cases you provided the wrong email address.
  2. You could have gotten the email but it went to your spam or your promotions. (Please check there before contacting us.)
  3. You could have just simply disregarded the email.

    In any case if you feel as if you need to get help please contact support@earthlyelevation.com for a faster response.

What do I do if I have issues placing my order?

If you experience issues placing an order, we need to know about it! You can give us a call Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST, and we can help you place it by phone. Make sure to tell us the issues you experienced when you call! We like to get these things fixed right away.

It says the item is on backorder. What does this mean?

Backorder products are not currently in stock but are coming! Please be patient, and know that as soon as the product arrives in our warehouses, it will be shipped to you.

If an item within your order is currently on backorder, the entire order will be held until it is all in stock and ready for shipment. If you wish to receive the items sooner, please place your orders separately for any items that are currently showing on backorder.

What is the shelf life of the supplements?

The shelf life of all of our supplement products is 2 years from date of purchase, if unopened. The timer starts as soon as you open that bottle.

Where do I access my subscriptions?

You can access your subcriptions in your account section using the same email and password you used to set up when you originally made your order.

You can access your downloads in your account section using the same email and password you used to set up when you originally made your order.
